These customizable tables are thoughtfully curated and include award winning cheeses that may include Grey Owl, Vacherin, LaTur, Cremeaux de Bourgogne, Ashley, King's Peak from Natural Pastures, Ossau-Iraty, Tête de Moine complete with girolle to name a few .
Long Table grazing that take the charcuterie experience to a whole new level. These customizable tables are thoughtfully curated and include award winning cheeses that may include Grey Owl, Vacherin, LaTur, Cremeaux de Bourgogne, Ashley, King's Peak from Natural Pastures, Ossau-Iraty, Tête de Moine complete with girolle to name a few . Artisan charcuterie from Vancouver, Victoria and finer imported selections may include Lomo de Cerdo , Abruzzo, Saucisson Sec, Bresaola (beef), Speck Alto Adige and assorted handmade Pâté.

The long tables are set up on site with a minimum of $1200 and include all boards, condiment containers, serving utensils along with set up and take down.
